ABOUT THE ARTIST

Nada is trained in Applied Arts (Fashion Design), and also has experience with painting on ceramics using ceramic colours and glazes. Seeking to deepen her knowledge of both the technical and artistic aspects of ceramics, she joined the programme and chose to specialize in the medium. Nada has an aim of establishing a small ceramics school in her village in Qena, in the south of Egypt. During the programme, she was able to experiment with a wide range of techniques, materials, and glazes and she aims to keep doing so after her graduation to achieve her goal.
