The work of King’s Foundation School of Traditional Arts is based on teaching, researching, and promoting the practice of the traditional arts and crafts of the world alongside the philosophical principles that support and inspire these practices.

Staff, students and alumni undertake research at the highest level with the aim of remembering and reinforcing the eternal value and meaning of the traditional arts within the contemporary world. The result of this research can be seen in teaching manuals, workbooks, academic publications and curriculum definition.
